June 2009

June’s food graffiti quest focused on the East Village, NoHo, and SoHo, with a few food graff finds in Park Slope. Prolific taggers, Katsu, Pasta, and Pork can be found here along with other frequent food tags: Egg Yolk and Fork.

This gallery also features some special tags, ones that figured to be among the holy grail of food graffiti– the Masa words if you will. June’s Masa words included: Knish, Sushi, Sauce, Frites, and Chefpants, along with images like a Hot Dog, and a rat food parade.
