Spaghetti Pomodoro? Fusilli with Octopus and Bone Marrow? Spaghetti with Dungeness Crab, Sliced Jalapeno and Minced Scallion? California Sea Urchin and Angel Hair Carbonara with Sea Lettuce? There are some iconic, delicious pasta dishes in New York City, and enough good Italian food around town these days that sometimes it seems to be spilling out into the streets.

While perhaps not quite as prevalent as Brisk and Katsu, Pasta was a tag you could come across with some frequency in 2009.
